GALLERY MANAGER: ROSALIND DAVIS

 

A graduate from the RCA and Chelsea College of Art. A mixed media artist, award-winning blogger, writer, lecturer at the University of the Arts, member of the AIR Council and Core Gallery manager.

An artist and graduate from the Royal College of Art ( 2005) she has exhibited nationally and internationally with work in private and public collections.

Achievements include a significant exhibition record, developing an artists career development programme, creative workshops and a series of artists in dialogue events.


In 2009 she co-founded and launched Core Gallery, an artist-led space and community focal point. Since the inception of Core Gallery Davis has project managed and worked collaboratively with over 100 artists and curators


Davis is also a freelance lecturer and creative practitioner and a writer with commissioned articles in a-n Magazine, as well as an acclaimed blogger (winner of several blog prizes). Recently Rosalind has been elected to the AIR (artists, interaction and representation ) Council.
